What the intake collects
The public intake may collect the role you select, jurisdiction, high-level matter stage, dispute category, approximate legal-budget band, an optional public URL, your name, email address, and optional callback details. The form does not accept file uploads.
Why it is used
The information is intended to help the 3D Recovery team understand the scope of an initial conversation and respond to the person who submitted it. It is not used to decide whether a matter will receive funding.
What not to send
Do not submit complaints, exhibits, privileged work product, confidential business information, or sensitive personal information. Use of the form is not a secure document exchange and does not create a confidentiality agreement.
Sharing and sale
3D Recovery does not intend to sell intake information. Information may be accessed by the team and service providers needed to receive and respond to the submitted email, subject to the final privacy notice approved for launch.
Retention and removal
The team should define a retention period and approved deletion process before launch. To request removal of an intake message or ask a privacy question, contact taariq@serendb.com.
